Who are the traitors in Celebrity Traitors?

Celebrity Traitors is finally here — and the timing couldn’t be better. After all, the leaves are turning golden, there’s a sinister chill in the air, and, pretty soon, the supermarkets will be filled with pumpkins. It’s spooky season, and The Traitors is the perfect murder mystery game show to sink our teeth into. But who are the traitors in Celebrity Traitors 2025?

If, for some reason, you haven’t already gobbled up the first three civilian seasons of the addictive show, here’s a little reminder of how the game works. Claudia Winkleman dons her finest tweed and biggest jumpers before welcoming a bunch of strangers to a gothic castle in the highlands of Scotland. The group competes for a cash prize, building the fund with SAS-worthy challenges. But there’s a catch: Claudia selects three traitors, who don cloaks and meet in a turret to murder one member of the group each night. The following evening, the entire group meets to vote on one player to send home. If a traitor remains in their midst by the end of the game, they snatch the prize. It’s a wink murder-coded game of deception, fake friends, and high camp drama. The new celebrity version is already shaping up to be a corker. With icons like Stephen Fry, David Olusuga, Celia Imrie, Nick Mohammed and Alan Carr flouncing around the castle, how could it not be?

So who are the traitors in Celebrity Traitors? In the first extra-long episode, Claudia selected her cloaked killers. Let’s meet them…

First up, presenter Jonathan Ross.

“The big difference between The Celebrity Traitors and The Traitors is we do have some conception, or preconception of the people in it with us,” he said before heading to the castle.

He also had his eye on the Traitor cloak from the get-go. “Being a Traitor is probably more fun,” he said.
