MAFS UK 2025: When does it air? Full episode schedule guide

Fluff your couch pillows, pour yourself a pumpkin spice latte and get your Just Eat ordered because MAFS UK 2025 is back — and better than ever.

The hit Channel 4 TV show — where 18 singles embark upon marriages with a match decided by experts — returned to our screens on Sunday, 21 September. This season is already proving to be an addictive watch, with (spoiler alert!) Scottish bride Sarah Gillanders has already made a shock exit after being asked to leave the show, and two couples have already called it quits.

With bombshells like that, you’ll want to mark the dates and times of episodes in your Google calendar so you don’t miss a beat — especially seeing as MAFS UK 2025 is moving to a four-day-a-week schedule this year, rather than its previous five episodes a week.

When is the next episode of Married At First Sight UK 2025 on?

The next drama-packed episode is set to air on Sunday, 19th October at 9pm on E4.

Which days does Married at First Sight UK 2025 air throughout the week?

As we mentioned, there are only four days that MAFS UK is available to watch during the week now. Episodes air on E4 from Sunday to Wednesday.

However, if you missed an episode and don’t want to see any spoilers on your timeline, you can catch repeats on E4 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as catch up on demand on Channel 4.

Married At First Sight UK 2025 episode release schedule

Here is the schedule of episodes due to air over the next couple of weeks on E4:

Episode 19 — Sunday 19th October at 9pm

Episode 20 — Monday 20th October at 9pm

Episode 21 — Tuesday 21st October at 9pm

Episode 22 — Wednesday 22nd October at 8pm

Episode 23 — Sunday 26th October at 9pm

Episode 24 — Monday 27th October at 9pm

Episode 25 — Tuesday 28th October at 9pm

Episode 26 — Wednesday 29th October at 8pm

Why does Wednesday’s episode start earlier?

The show has shifted to an 8pm slot on Wednesday evenings to avoid clashing with Celebrity Traitors, which is currently airing on BBC One.

The Celebrity Traitors is set to conclude on Friday, 31st October, so MAFS UK may well move back to its usual 9pm Wednesday slot after that. We’ll keep you updated as soon as any changes are confirmed.
