11 Best Sparkly Jeans for a Dazzling Party Season

I hate to be dramatic, but sparkly jeans have kind of saved my life this party season. I’m not really a sequin dress girl, you see, and while I’ll reluctantly wheel out my trusty Christmas party frock for the right occasion, the majority of the festive get-ups in my calendar call for something altogether more casual.

Silver trousers fit the bill, often, as does a good trouser suit. But both options lack a degree of versatility. Enter: rhinestone jeans.

As per French fashion brand Maje and current influencer favourite Aligne, embellished jeans are here to prove that denim can be the shining star of your party season wardrobe. And they’re not set to go anywhere, either. Embellished denim was all over the Spring/Summer 2026 shows in September, with Anna Sui styling floral studded jeans with a peter-pan collar dress at New York Fashion Week, and Casablanca showing head-to-toe crystal denim in Paris. Yes, they’ll be popular well into next year. But right now? Party frocks (sometimes) unnecessary.

Plain denim is old news. Instead, the best jeans for women this season – from wide leg jeans to straight leg cuts – are embellished with pearls, rhinestones and diamantés. And they’re bringing the festive drama in the chicest possible way.

Where to shop the best sparkly jeans? If you’ve got a little more money to spend, Aligne’s Pariah sparkly jeans get our vote – currently reduced to £104.99 in the Aligne sale and adorned in teardrop diamante detailing for a disco-ball-finish. It’s hardly a surprise that their offering tops our must-buy list: Aligne are a hot brand this season – with their partywear edit and previous Lucy Bronze collaboration topping editor must-shop lists.
