‘I Love LA’ Season 2: Everything We Know

So, what’s in store for I Love LA season 2? Here’s everything we know so far:

Has I Love LA has been renewed for season 2?

Yes, that’s the whole point of this article. HBO announced the renewal on November 20, describing the show as its “second top freshman comedy in platform history.”

How many episodes of I Love LA season 2 will there be?

Again, there’s no telling what Sennott has planned for season two, though the first season was made up of eight episodes, so expect the order to be somewhere around that number.

Who will return for I Love LA season 2?

At the end of the first season, Maia quits her job working for Alyssa (Leighton Meester), so we may not be seeing more of her or her hilariously upbeat assistant Courtney (Lauren Holt), but there’s no reason not to expect the rest of the cast. That list includes Sennott, A’zion, Whitaker, Hutcherson, and Jordan Firstman, who plays Maia’s close friend and celebrity stylist, Charlie.

There’s also the small matter of Elijah Wood’s cameo — could we see more of his character, or other potential celebrity cameos in season two? If his hilariously self-deprecating performance is anything to go by, we hope so.
