‘Extremely Petty’ Camilla Reportedly ‘Hopping Mad’ at Kate as She’s Accused of Trying to ‘Sabotage’ the Princess’ Royal Future

The dynamics of power in the British royal family are always interesting, and the reports about what they are and how they change are something a lot of people are interested in. King Charles and Queen Camilla are, of course, at the head of the royal family right now. But what is the role of William and Kate Middleton? And how do they get along with the King and Queen?

According to RadarOnline.com, Camilla has become hostile towards Middleton, which has caused senior royals to push back. “Camilla can gripe all she wants, but there’s no changing the reality that Kate will be queen before too long,” a source said. “When that happens, Camilla will effectively be at Kate’s mercy in terms of her perks and influence within the Firm.”

Some indicate that’s precisely the problem. “There’s no doubt Camilla is panicked about where she’ll stand in the new scheme of things, but instead of falling into line and respecting Kate, she’s chosen to be extremely petty and territorial,” sources said.

“It will be hard for her to swallow her pride and accept Kate’s authority, but that’s precisely what she’ll need to do – especially with preparations already in full swing for the Waleses to enforce their changes to the monarchy even before assuming the throne.”

Reportedly, the latest problem between the two came when Camilla got upset that Middleton wore Queen Victoria’s Oriental Circlet tiara at a recent state banquet. “By all accounts, Camilla was hopping mad that Kate wore the rarely seen tiara. She called it another blatant attempt by Kate to make her and her husband, King Charles, look like also-rans,” a source said.

But sources report Camilla does have people on her side. “In fairness to Camilla, she does have some support within the Firm, and some believe she should be afforded more respect and authority while she’s still queen.”

However, the sources also cautioned that the future is coming, one way or another. “But she only needs to look at how the Waleses have handled the situation with Charles’ brother Andrew and the Sussexes to know they’re perfectly capable of being ruthless.

“People are warning Camilla to suck it up and stop sabotaging her future standing in the monarchy. Only time will tell if she’s capable.”

Reports that Queen Camilla and Kate Middleton don’t get along have been around for a while, but rumors intensified after the state visit from US President Donald Trump. “The tension was impossible to ignore,” an insider told Closer. “Every gesture and every colour choice felt like a power move. It was Kate who drew the attention, and that didn’t go down well with Camilla. From the moment Kate arrived, she proved herself to be the real power player.”

One particular moment stood out to people. After the President and first lady arrived, Middleton escorted first lady Melania Trump to greet Camilla. Then, Camilla seemed to dismiss her. “It was subtle, but Kate felt sidelined,” the source explained. “She’s worked hard to position herself as the monarchy’s future, and being asked to literally move aside was humiliating. She won’t have it going forward.”

Another day, another reportedly royal family feud.
