Celebrity SAS release schedule: what days is the show on?

Celebrity SAS is back. Finally, a chance to see celebs being put through their paces as they take on the challenges of the SAS selection process. A wild idea for a reality show? Yes. Completely addictive and watchable? Of course.

This season, we’ve got an excellent line-up of celebs taking on the physical and mental challenges in Wales. Amongst the recruits are Harry from The Traitors, Bimini from RuPaul’s Drag Race, Chloe from Love Island and Hannah from S Club 7. We’ve even got Michaella McCollum, a former drug smuggler who served three years in a Peruvian prison.

Now that Love Island has wrapped for the summer, the show is the perfect fare to fill your evenings — but when is Celebrity SAS on next?
