adidas X ASOS Cow-Print Sambas Have Been Restocked For AW25

Thanks to today’s viral adidas X ASOS cow-print sneaker restock, there’s a certain buzz in the air among the high-street fashion girlies. One which can only be felt when we all, collectively, swoon over the same sartorial must-have. Adidas teaming up with ASOS to drop both cow-print Sambas and SL72s earlier this year was illustrative of the phenomenon – in the same way the leopard-print Adidas Samba and ASOS X Adidas Originals launches were. And today, the sell-out sneaks are restocked.

Following the recent drop of 24 exclusive pieces that fused inspiration from iconic adidas silhouettes with ASOS’ creative vision, it’s no surprise this relaunch is big news.

The cow-print trend has been sweeping my FYP for months now – and while it took me a hot minute to consider ditching my beloved leopard-print in favour of it, the street style scene convinced me. TBH, Weekday’s cow-print jeans and Samoe Samoe’s influencer-adored cow-print jacket still feel a bit too bold for my often-minimalist wardrobe, but cow-print accessories feel like a solid entry point as we edge into autumn. Perfect timing, then.

In the adidas X ASOS cow-print drop, there are two styles to get your mitts on: via early access on the ASOS app until midday, or after midday on ASOS.com. The Samba and the SL72.

The Sambas are likely the more familiar of the two: a ubiquitous silhouette that has dominated the zeitgeist over recent years – and remains hot property for AW25 thanks to this rodeo-ready upgrade. Inspired by an archive adidas football boot from the Fifties, the sneaker has been cosigned by Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Paul Mescal and Harry Styles (to name but a few) – and is adored for its sleek silhouette and wearability.

For a long time, the shoe has been available in a plethora of dopamine hues, but this ASOS X adidas cow-print drop has quickly been crowned my favourite. The shoe spotlights the brown-and-white pattern against a complementary powder-pink insole – which feels ultra-feminine and very spring. Best styled with Adidas Firebird track-pants or wide-leg jeans.
