Taylor Swift’s Ralph Lauren Engagement Dress Sold Out in 20 Minutes

After two years of dating, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are officially, well, making it official! The two announced their engagement in an Instagram post that is currently racking up millions upon millions of likes, and of course, we had to figure out exactly what Taylor was wearing when Travis popped the big question.

In the series of photos they shared, we see the Life of a Showgirl musician in a sweet, black-and-white striped sundress with a smocked bodice and full, A-line midi skirt. Adorable, right? It’s the Striped Silk-Blend Dress by Polo Ralph Lauren, a summery style in a silk and nylon blend with a hint of retro allure. We know Taylor loves a cute little dress, especially one with a vintage vibe, so this Ralph Lauren piece couldn’t be more perfect.

If you’re loving the look, we’ve got good news and bad news. The bad news is that the dress sold out lightning fast, in just 20 minutes after Taylor posted. It’s likely due to the end of the summer season, but also the Swift effect. There were a few sizes still available on the US Polo Ralph Lauren website, where it was discounted to $319.99, and a couple left on Revolve, though the dress was not discounted there; it’s still full price, or $398. Now, it’s sold out on both sites.

Lucky enough to snap up a similar look or even luckier to already one in your closet? Simply style it with some tan block heel sandals a la Taylor Swift and you’re ready for your own major Instagram moment, even without the sparkling diamond ring.
