Technically, seeking out the best gifts for sisters shouldn’t be that hard, considering my sisters and I have really similar tastes — evident in how often I find them wearing my clothes or rummaging through my wardrobe. However, even the pressure gets to a shopping editor, because you’ve got to get it right. If I don’t, I’ll never hear the end of it.
That said, I’ll never resort to buying her a gift card or another bottle of prosecco — not unless I want to be labelled lazy. So, instead, I’ve spent the last few weeks scouring the virtual shelves to find unique gifts for sisters — namely, wellness gifts like silk pillowcases, bath salts, scented candles and skincare gift sets.
No? How about personalised jewellery that shows I’ve really thought about it, cosy pyjama sets or experience days for some prescribed quality time?
The thing is, a sister isn’t always just related by blood or adoption. Sometimes a sister is a pal who’s been there forever, whether a best friend or a long-time colleague. So whether you’re looking for a present to mark her birthday, a wedding gift, a housewarming gift or a suitable present ahead of the upcoming fest that is Christmas, I’m certain there will be something in here that’ll blow your sister’s slipper socks off.

How we choose the best gifts for sisters:
Our team of shopping editors – Sophie Cockett, Shani Cohen, Georgia Trodd, Mayola Fernandes and Sophie Donovan – oversee this gift guide alongside every other gift guide on the GLAMOUR website to ensure that gift-giving is stress-free. We regularly attend press days and product launches to test, try and use the latest in fashion, beauty and lifestyle to ensure you only buy gifts that are worth your money. When gifts haven’t been directly reviewed by a member of the GLAMOUR Shopping team, we rely on customer reviews and tend to stick to brands we already know we adore.
