The Princess of Wales celebrated her birthday by posting a moving new video on her Instagram account. The stunning visual showed the wife of Prince William reflecting on the importance of nature in her life and how it has helped her heal.

Alongside the outdoor-led video, she penned: “The Mother Nature series has been a deeply personal, creative reflection on how nature has helped me heal. But it is also a story about the power of nature and creativity in collective healing.”

Signing off the post, she added: “There is so much we can learn from Mother Nature, as we look to build a happier, healthier world. C.”
