Royal Family’s ‘rock’ that King and Queen rely on as much as Anne and Sophie

The Royal Family have been through thick and thin, and they can always rely on each other’s support. Last year was a challenging one for the Royal Family, as it saw two of its biggest players, King Charles and Kate, the Princess of Wales, out of action for a considerable amount of time due to their cancer diagnoses.

And while it’s long been reported that the King can rely on the monarchy’s key members, like Princess Anne and Duchess Sophie to step up whenever needed, there is another royal, who is not a working member of the Firm, who Charles and Queen Camilla rely just as much on. The royal in question is no other than Zara Tindall, who is celebrating her 44th birthday today.

Zara, the eldest child of Princess Anne and her former husband, Mark Phillips, is a beloved member of the Firm and was described as the Royal Family’s “real rock” by a body language expert.

Body language expert Darren Stanton said that Zara, who is married to Mike Tindall, is one key royal ally who the royals see “as a real rock who can always be relied on”.

He said on behalf of BetFair Slots, as per the Scottish Daily Express: “Her personality seems so fun and down to earth, and Zara has a great rapport with every member of the royal family.

“She’s been pictured laughing with King Charles and she’s great friends with William and Kate. Most recently, she looked close to Princess Eugenie at an event.

“She clearly thinks highly of her family and has developed strong bonds with everyone. They seem to see her as a real rock who can always be relied on.

“Family is very close to her heart.”

The body language expert also spoke about Zara’s relationship with her husband, saying: “After 14 years of marriage, their affection and admiration for each other remain clear in every interaction. In recent interviews, their body language speaks volumes.

“They’re often facing one another, with Zara gently placing a hand on Mike’s arm, or sharing subtle, intimate gestures that reflect their closeness.

“They’re completely at ease showing their affection, never shying away from expressing their connection. It’s also evident that Zara’s confidence has flourished since marrying Mike.

“His unwavering support and their deep compatibility have helped her grow into her own. She’s not only found her soul mate with Mike, but her best friend too.”
